the anzac storys

here is my anzac work there were these great story's that read watched and also i played a quiz. i did this for remembrance of the anzacs and what they fort for. i learnt that the bomber jets in world war II had turrets at the back and also that in scotland in 1926 there were just two people making handmade poppies now there are 42 with them getting them cut out for them. When you are at the war you must learn to send secret messages so the enemy doesn't know what your saying.

Sophia said: in my group was Isla , Issy, Tayla , and me. After we added the oats ,  flour , sugar , and
coconut ( dry ingredients )the mixture looked like the most dry porridge in the world and it smelt a bit like
what cookie dough cross donut bread cross  porridge would smell like. After we added the wet ingredients
it felt a bit like a wet crunchy slime ( the texture was just a bit weird and off-putting ). The color looked a
bit like wet sand at the sea. When we got to try them they were heavenly rich crunchy golden biscuits!!!!!.

Tayla said: The wet and dry ingredients were really sticky when we were trying to roll them in to
balls bits of the mixture were going everywhere.
Isabella said:  when I added the baking powder it bubbled up like a volcano and it smelled really good.
The wet ingredients were Melted  butter And Boiled water and the dry ingredients are
flour, rolled oats, sugar and coconut shavings.I will have to say at the end the ANZAC biscuits where really
good. Our group was Isla Tayla Sophia and me Isabella.

Isla - wet ingredients Butter, boiling water but we added baking soda to the boiling water and then
added that to the butter with golden syrup.
